Both  properties are a basic 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property which have all the comforts of home and is literally a stones throw from the beach .  The location is fantastic with easy access to all the south west has to offer including supermarket, liquor stores and restaurants.

Check in is 2pm or after and check out is 10am.

In order to proceed with this booking, firstly contact us to confirm the requested dates are available and the cost for the property.  If exact dates are not available we will contact you with alternative dates available.    We ask that you please read the terms and conditions and reply with your acceptance.

PAYMENT

​

A 25% deposit within 7 days will be required to secure the booking with the balance due 30 days prior to your arrival.  If booking is within 30 days of arrival, then you will be required to pay in full.  Details regarding key access etc will be provided once full payment is received.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In order to keep our prices down, linen is not supplied, therefore you will need to bring sheets and towels to suit the bedding configuration

 

Abbey Beach Cottage - Sleeps 7 being Bed 1 = 1 x queen bed and 1 single bed, Bed 2 = 1 x double bed and

                                            Bed 3 = 2 x singles.  

 

Abbey Beach Shack -     Sleeps 8 being Bed 1 = 1 x queen bed and 1 x single bunk bed, Bed 2 = 1 x queen bed and

                                            Bed 3 = 2 x singles.  

 

Should you not wish to byo or are from interstate or overseas, linen hire is available for $15 per set (sheets and a towel) for the duration of the stay (a minimum of 72 hours notice required and needs to be paid in advance).    

 

​All other linen such as pillows, decorative covers for doonas, blankets, tea towels and bath mats are supplied.
 

CLEANING REQUESTS ON VACATE

​

Our turnover between guests is tight and so we ask for your assistance by leaving the property in similar condition to how you received it.    As we do not charge a cleaning fee, below is a list of the cleaning requests upon vacating.  I have had to compile this list due to a number of tenancies left undesirably resulting in very long turnovers and the next guests checking in late. All cleaning supplies are provided.  Your cooperation is appreciated.

• Kitchen tidied, dishes washed and put away in their correct places

• Oven/griller wiped and and alfoil replaced if used (supplied)

• Bins Emptied and bin liner replaced (supplied)

• BBQ cleaned and wiped down (if used)

• Fridge cleaned

• Beds straightened and quilts folded in half at bottom of bed (no need to remove quilt covers).

• Pet owners to clean up after their pooch (toilet removal, fill holes dug etc )

PET POLICY

​

Should you be bring the family pet, they are your responsibility entirely.  We accept no responsibility for your pet.  The property is well fenced and sheltered.  We prefer them to be outside, however understand that many are indoor pets.  Please ensure that they do not enter the carpeted areas (bedrooms) and that they stay off the furniture (best to bring their bed or crate).  They will require regular trips outside or door left open to toilet as the property does not have dog doors.  Any damage caused by your pet should be rectified prior to leaving or an invoice for damages shall be issued.

 

Due to a number of complaints lodged with council regarding dogs barking, the local Shire Council has initiated new short stay holiday home rules regarding dogs.  You are not allowed leave the dog at the property when you go out.  We have to ask you to follow these new rules or could result in us being shut down.  This applies to all holiday houses in the City of Busselton.

Please also note that from Dec to Feb, the off lead dog beach is only allowed at certain times of the day (usually before 9am and after 5pm)  
 

OTHER REQUESTS​

• ​No parties or additional guests above the allowable number of guests.

• No throwing of cigarette butts and bottle tops into the garden​

• Two car maximum and 1 boat allowed.  No parking on the lawns.​

• Please do not turn off the reticulation.

• Please do not throw dog poo into the garden.  Remove with a bag.
